Winnipeg Gourmet Substitution policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item


Specialty Gifts

• Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
• Plush toys may be substituted for teddy bears.
• Gourmet baskets may substitute different containers and gourmet items of equal or higher value


For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
• If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
• Should our designers feel there is no reasonable substitute, we will contact you to discuss other options.

Deluxe and Premium Orders

All orders that are upgraded will have more items added to your gift. 

For cookie upgrades, your gift with include more cookies to the value of your upgrade 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns.

We will always make every effort to deliver product as close to the specified request as possible.

Should there be a quality or product concern that you have with the product please contact us as soon as possible.

We will require all items that have any type of quality concerns to be returned to us.

Should an item arrive in a condition you do not feel is acceptable, please take a image and send to us as soon as possible if at all possible.

No refunds will be issued without the return of the entire item.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled 24 hours before the order is to be delivered.
